Date: Monday, January 22
Time: 3:00 – 6:00 pm
Location:  Marquez Atrium

Mines Research and Technology Office and Earth and Society Programs are co-hosting this event, which will kick off with a welcome from Dr. Walt Copan, Vice President of Research and Technology Transfer, followed by a keynote from Professor Holly Buck, an environmental sociologist who helped the Department of Energy craft their community benefits programs. The remainder of the event will be an interactive, informal reception to learn about research strengths and collaboration opportunities from faculty in Economics and Business; Engineering, Design, and Society; and Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences.
